I would like to have been part of this sit-in -- and I'm happy to know that everyone involved was civil; I had some concerns that the Homeland Security black boots might decide sit-ins are a danger to the nation verging on terrorist attacks. It appears free speech is not yet dead.
Regarding the conversation between the governor and the group, clearly the governor hasn't kept up with this conversation. Or maybe the only side he's heard is that of the coal industry -- the same industry that doesn't bother paying federal fines for safety violations.
