Award-winning author Mary Cartledgehayes is the author of three books: Semisweetness and Light (2006), Grace: A Memoir (2003), and To Love Delilah (1990).

Cartledgehayes writes a monthly column for Today's Woman magazine. Her current interests include photography, mail art, and invasive species. She was founding director of the mentoring program for the Creative Nonfiction Foundation in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. and continues to mentor emerging and established writers.

A noted public speaker, she leads workshops on the joy of writing, blogging basics, zombie power, and contending with radical change.
