I stumbled upon a splendid new occupation a few weeks ago --
Not a full-time occupation, you understand. A part-time (plunge in, surf the web, rip pages out of old books, cut out tiny pictures with tiny scissors, order photos turned into postcards, figure out how to construct a postcard that includes little beads loose inside) occupation.
The picture above is of the first one I did. It has gone on to greater glory, in a mail carrier's bag. More are in process, but the sewing machine ran out of thread, and then my daughter came to visit, and then she left but the machine still needs thread put in the bobbin.
